Wake Up Your Brain: Bootcamp


In the mornings we do wake up your brain so that we have a good start to the day. This gets our brain working. At boot camp today we did shuttle runs, squats, scissor scissor sumos and the bear walk. For the scissor scissor sumos and the Squats The Group did 30 second workouts.
