This week we have been going into PE rotations.
We have been doing some cricket skill in preparation for Eastern Zones, and Pilates and Yoga with Bridgette and John.
It was to help us relax and calm ourselves. It also helped us to concentrate and focus.

The yoga really helped to create a sense of calm and help us concentrate and focus.
