Whetu -kairangi - Star Gazer
Whetu
The school was established in 1897, on a historically significant pa site. The Ngai Tara tribe called the pa Whetu-kairangi (star gazer) to convey the idea it was located on high ground, from which only the stars and sea might be seen.

I like the fishies on the blog and i think that the pajama catwalk looks really cool, i reckon that if you had one for toys, e.g. soft toys, it would be even cooler, i wish i was doing it, not being in the crowd!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
DeleteAwesome blog team! I was searching for Matariki learning resources for my year 4 classroom in Hamilton and came across your blog. It is a great example of what great blogging can look like. Would you mind if I use your blog as an example when we set up our own blog later on this year?
