How do you choose to wake up your brain? We have a choice of three activities, the usual ones are: boot camp, yoga and singing. Sometimes we can also choose drama, running or skipping. Here are some photos of some of the yoga sessions. We've been so fortunate with the weather this term that we've been able to do yoga outside every day (well, except one).
We do at least two sun salutations everyday because we always balance the body when we're doing yoga. Then we do a variety of poses, partly depending on children's preferences. We've done a few handstands this week. Sometimes we finish with a little meditation or bee breathing where we block our ears and bzzzzzzz. Give it a try, what do you hear?
