Training for Cross Country

 The annual cross country run is approaching fast! Some of us have been practising our running each morning as part of boot camp. We've noticed that we've improved our fitness levels by doing this, even though it's sometimes hard to keep running.

We all headed down to Worser Bay beach on Monday afternoon to practice on the real course. After we'd down the course for our age level we kept going to build up our stamina (ability to keep going) and our fitness levels. It was a beautiful afternoon. Most of us are pretty positive about the run next Friday, 20 May.
