PE Rotations

This week we have been going into PE rotations.

We have been doing some cricket skill in preparation for Eastern Zones, and Pilates and Yoga with Bridgette and John.

It was to help us relax and calm ourselves. It also helped us to concentrate and focus.

“It was really fun  and relaxing” Anna.

“It was fun and I liked the stretching” Henry.

The yoga really helped to create a sense of calm and help us concentrate and focus.

Thanks to all of you who turned up to our annual sports evening on Tuesday night. We were very lucky with the weather, and hopefully all managed to have a great time. For those of you who missed out on signing up for a sport or are still deciding, there is still time. To do this you can pop in and see Hamish or send him an email at hmcrae@worserbay.school.nz .
