Whose Role is it to care for the Disabled

We have been thinking about all of the people in our community, who they are, how we connect with them and what we can do to participate with them.  We asked specifically about the disabled, a group that are sometimes forgotten.  This is our research on the disabled.  We are planning to do something with this information.
